How do themes work?

If you're on the Basic or Business plan then you have access to a set of themes, each of which gives your form a unique look and feel by changing the background and color scheme of your form. You can change your theme whenever you like, or use different themes for different forms.

Step one

To apply a theme you need to click the the Customize button for your form and proceed to the Themes step.

Step two

Choose an available theme that suits your needs.

Step three

Now just click the save button and the theme will be applied to your form!

Looking for more customization? With the Business plan you can add your own custom background and change the color palette of the form to match your brand.
