I can’t find the app on the app store - where is it?

SignUpAnywhere is actually a web-based app, so it isn’t available on the iOS App store or the Android Google Play Store. This means it has the flexibility to run on any device with a modern browser, allowing it to be cross platform and for you to install a form on as many devices as you like.
